The domain name is owned by the registrant, often the individual or company instructing us to register a domain name. We are only acting as a registrar and managing the domain name on your behalf. In short, if you ask us to register a domain name for you then you become the owner.

Unlike a number of providers, we do not charge to change the IPSTAG for UK domain names.

We are extremely competitively priced for domain names. Our UK domain name prices are £4.80 +VAT every year. Other domain names are available and their rates can fluctuate according to exchange rates. We do try to offer the best pricing for all domain name registrations so please let us know what you are looking for.
We are a "hands on" service provider. If you domain name is coming up for renewal we will let you know in plenty of time. This is usually by E-Mail. If we don't hear back we will call you to discuss. Renewal notices are posted 30-45 days in advance and again 14 days and 1 day before expiry.
In the very unlikely event you have made a complaint and it wasn't dealt with appropriately you can escalate it further by contacting our Managing Director by E-Mail: mdcomplaints@squarehost.co.uk. Responses will be made within 3 working days.
